The theme is inspired by current world events and seeing a peaceful resolve.It continues the theme of all the barriers we as humans bring into our lives.
The CD takes Middle Eastern sacred vocal chants,and fuses them with the mystical piano, deep undertones and exotic rhythms the series is known for.
The track “Cairo” off of the first CD has also been released on the “Buddha Bar” compilation CD (Vol. 2) out of Paris and has sold over 350,000 copies worldwide. The Middle Eastern influences made for a special revisiting of that track on the new album with new rhythms and sounds. |
